My youngest daughter just had a birthday and I used the “Celebrate With Tags” bundle to create a birthday card for her. On the inside of the card, I used the larger “tag” die from the bundle to create a pull up pocket for a gift card. Here’s a picture of the inside and outside of this super cute card! Keep in mind my daughter loves Black, White and Gold.

Since my daughter loves “Black and White”, I did use some retired DSP from my “stash”. The gold cord, ribbon and gold foil layer behind the die cut candles allowed me to incorporate some “gold” touches. I had used the “candle” die cuts from “Celebrate With Tags” on a previous card here. I used “Stampin’ Blends” on the candle flames and then added “Wink of Stella Glitter Brush” for a soft shimmer to the flames. The white “tag” has a black layer which used the die that cuts random holes in your paper.

On the inside, I used the “pocket” die, wrapped with a strip of DSP. Then I threaded some retired Black/White Baker’s twine through the two holes. A gift card was pushed down into the pocket and the baker’s twine was knotted and tied with a bow. To reveal the gift card, just pull upwards on the “bow”. So cute and my daughter loved her birthday card!
