I made a few “back fold” Valentine cards to send to my distant friends and customers. I used the “Endless Love” Bundle and the “Made With Love” DSP for this project. This stamp and die bundle has some great images and die cut shapes suitable for cards, scrapbook pages and gift packaging! I absolutely love all the nice colorful shades of pink and red in the “Made With Love” DSP. This card is somewhat of a CASE. Honestly, I cannot remember where I saw the original card design to give credit to the creator.

The narrow DSP panel on the right hand side, folds back so that you can open the card. Basically, I attached the large Real Red Heart to the right side panel of the card. Fold this panel back and to the right which allows the card to open. I had fun with a few of the different dies in this set. To complete my card, I added the larger arrow die cut in Basic Gray.
The colors in the “Made With Love” DSP are so bright and fun. I loved having several DSP patterns which made it super easy to mix and match the prints. As I was assembling this card, I made sure to “dry fit” my DSP pieces and inside panel before attaching. Sometimes it was necessary to trim off a very narrow strip to make sure the panels would fit. This allows the card to close along the folds.
Now for the inside…

The light pink heart on the front is attached with a narrow ribbon and swings freely. This helps to give the card some movement. I was truly happy with how cute these Valentine cards turned out. I used this stamp/die bundle and DSP at my Valentine Stamp Camp to decorate the “Hearts Gusseted Treat Bags”. The bag was super cute as well! All of these products are found in the January – April Mini Catalog, page 31.
