NEW 2025-2027 In Colors!

Say hello to the NEW 2025-2027 In Colors! It’s nice to have five NEW In Colors each year to play with and add to Stampin’ Up!’s fabulous color coordination! For my first creation attempt with the NEW In Colors, I tried a layout where I could use all five (5) of the NEW In Colors. Honestly, this card does show all five (5) colors, but it is not my most creative card, LOL! Making their debut are: Cloud Cover, Secret Sea, Strawberry Slush, Darling Duckling and Timid Tiger.

NEW 2025-2027 In Colors!

However, I did manage to use quite a few new products for this card. The greeting, stamped in Secret Sea, came from the NEW “More Messages” bundle. Add in a few new dies from the Textured Notes Dies set for the layering panels. I just love the borders this set of dies creates along the edges. Plus, the color block panel was embossed with one of the NEW embossing folders, Glass & Gardens. There are two embossing folders in this pack. They are the narrower folders that will also fit in the Mini Cut & Emboss Machine.

You will see in my next few posts that I stamped the entire background sized “More Messages” in Secret Sea and then die cut out all the greetings, with ONE Coordinating Die! I will be using several of the nineteen (19) greetings on numerous upcoming cards, so stay tuned for additional posts using them!

A Note about NEW In Colors:

few things to note about this year’s NEW 2025-2027 In Colors. Strawberry Slush is a returning color from a few years ago. Cloud Cover is available as card stock, marker, Blends, but sadly, NO Ink Pad. Apparently, the ink color reacted with the foam pad and the color was not remaining consistent. As a result, Stampin’ Up! decided not to release the full sized Ink Pad. You can purchase a reinker and add ink to an ink spot to make a mini Cloud Cover pad. The ink spot is a felt pad, so no issues with the color changing.

Memorable Blooms Again!

I loved my previous creation with “Memorable Blooms” that I created two more cards. Basically, for these two cards, the layout was the same with a few “tweaks” and an added bit of color. HERE is the first card I created with this fabulous bundle. So, “Memorable Blooms Again” it is!

For my first card, I used “Gorgeous Grape” for my card base. I had some retired “Gingham DSP” which I utilized in the die cut window to add additional contrast behind the floral spray. Coloring the floral die cut spray was easy with Stampin’ Blends. I die cut the “leaf foliage” out of Granny Apple Green card stock. Cutting the foliage piece apart allowed me to tuck the separate pieces behind the main floral spray. I then adhered a small twine bow in a deep purple with a glue dot. My greeting came from a retired set in my stash.

My second card used the exact same layout. I changed up the color to one of the NEW In Colors,Timid Tiger” and again used a piece of retired “Gingham DSP”. For both cards, the greetings were stamped in “Black Memento Ink”. One additional detail that is difficult to capture in a photo is all the flower centers have “Wink of Stella” on them which adds a subtle shimmer.

Sadly, this stamp set is on the “Last Chance” list and the dies for this bundle are no longer available. However, you can easily adapt this layout with other stamp and die sets.

Memorable Blooms Bundle!

One of my favorite bundles in the Jan-May 2025 Mini Catalog is the “Memorable Blooms Bundle”! This bundle has three great floral images with coordinating dies along with several great greetings. I absolutely love the Hexagon shaped die cut with stitching and border details. I created the card below and sent to customers for placing orders during SAB. Sadly, The Memorable Blooms bundle is scheduled to be retired. I was adding a link to this post for this geat bundle and discovered that the dies aren’t available, ugh! However, this card layout can accommodate many other shape dies to create a window on the front panel.

Memorable Blooms Bundle

Honestly, this card was pretty simple to make. The “dies” in the “Memorable Blooms” bundle did most of the heaving lifting. I stamped the hexagon die cut with the script background stamp found in the “Elements of Text” stamp set. You can find the “Element of Text” stamp set in the On-line Exclusives. What a great staple stamp set to add to your collection.

I colored the floral image with “Stampin’ Blends” and placed up on “Dimensionals”. Cutting the “leaf spray” die cut into several pieces allowed me to tuck them behind the die cut floral piece. I stamped the greeting in Granny Apple Green and die cut with a tag die (retired). I added a “Baker’s Twine” bow in Lemon Lolly. The final touch was to add “Wink of Stella” to the flower centers to give them a subtle shimmer, so pretty!
