Today I am featuring a sneak peek at the upcoming “Hello, Irresistible” Suite of products. Beginning March 1st, Stampin’ Up! will be offering their first “Online Exclusives”. These “Online Exclusives” will be three times a year, March, July and November. This allows Stampin’ Up! to offer even more new products throughout the year for your creativity! This card is a small representation of upcoming products to be released on March 1st.
Hello, Irresistible Suite Collection
The “Hello, Irresistible” 6″ x 6″ DSP is absolutely stunning! I started with a 2″ wide strip of the “Soft Sea Foam DSP” print. First, I used the stitched scalloped edge from the “Penned Flowers” Die set on my Basic White layer. I cut the greeting out with a small scalloped oval from the (retired) “Messages Die” and then layered together with two embossed edge dies from the ““All That” Die set“. Next, I placed this entire layered greeting on “Dimensionals”. I stamped the leaves in “Soft Sea Foam” and cut out with the coordinating dies.
Then I used the coordinating die to cut out the “flower” from the DSP. This set features two sizes of flowers with coordinating dies along with several sizes of leaves that can be die cut. I added some color to the center of the die cut flower with a “Petal Pink Blends”. To complete the card, I added a double bow tied with the “White Crinkled Seam Binding”. Lastly, I adorned the flower center with a “Flat Adhesive Back Pearl”.
This is take 2 with the “Best Day!” stamp set. This is a great stamp set to use for birthdays! I chose a very bold color palette for this card, Starry Sky, Sweet Sorbet, Parakeet Party and Mango Melody. Three of the colors are from the current “2022-2024 In Colors”. HERE is my previous card with this stamp set.
Best Day!Close Up view of shimmer
It is always difficult to capture the shimmer that “Wink of Stella Glitter Brush” adds to an image. I added “Wink of Stella” to the hat pompom and the Starry Sky Dots on the cupcake wrapper. Stamping the cupcake wrapper in “Memento Black Ink” on Parakeet Party card stock, allowed me to cut it out and place up on “Dimensionals”. Several of the “2022-2024 In Color DSP” cut with the circles from the “Stylish Shapes” Dies for the “pop” of color on the darker background. I used coordinating “Stampin’ Blends” to color and bring this image to life. The final touch was to add several of the “2022-2024 In Color Matte Dots”. Did I use too many? Let me know your thoughts.
Lastly, on Saturday I received a cute package in the mail. Stampin’ Up! sent me my “25 Year Anniversary Pin!” Honestly, it’s hard to believe it’s been 25 Years, so much fun along the way! Don’t miss your opportunity to join Stampin’ Up! during their SALE a-bration promotion. It’s an AWESOME deal!
“Best Day!” for Birthdays is a great stamp set that I could not resist purchasing. This set is found in the January – April 2023 Mini Catalog on p. 67. Besides the super cute cat, I think the fun artwork in this set is what caught my eye. Such a great set for creating a playful birthday card!
For a very happy vibe, I chose Mango Melody, Parakeet Party, Highland Heather and Tahitian Tide for my color palette. I stamped the image in “Black Memento Ink” and then colored with markers in the above colors. I added a basic black layer between the “Stitched Rectangle” and “Deckled Rectangles” dies. A piece of “In Color DSP” was added to the folded base. Then I added an embossed strip from the “Stripes & Splatters” Embossing Folder to cover this transition area. I added “Wink of Stella Glitter Brush” to the colored frosting dots on the cake but the shimmer is always difficult to capture in a photo.
A few more details competed this card. I stamped the “Happy Birthday” greeting with “Memento Black“ Ink on Parakeet Party card stock. This was an easy image to cut out by hand and then mount with “Mini Dimensionals” to the card. I wrapped a piece of “Parakeet Party 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon” from corner to corner. I knotted this ribbon and then “frayed” the ends, love this fringe look! This entire focal layer was placed on “Dimensionals”. Lastly, I added two of the 2022-2024 “In Color Matte Decorative Dots”. Super cute and easy card!
