Finally decided to begin working with another great bundle from the NEW Annual Catalog and I chose the “Sending Smiles Bundle”! Not only do I love the great variety of “word” greetings, but the die cuts are absolutely fabulous! This is my first creation with this stamp set and die bundle and I’m hooked!
For this card, I managed to incorporate all five of the NEW “In Colors”! These colors are wonderfully vibrant and fun colors, honestly, they are just so happy! Only a portion of the greeting was used on the outside, the “across the miles” is stamped on the inside of the card. I did use an adhesive sheet on the “Sending” die cut so that it was easy to adhere to the vellum “shadow” layer. One of the “Scalloped Contours” dies along with a “Stitched Rectangle” die were used for the two main layers. I added “Wink of Stella” Glitter Brush to the flower centers and then a large “Brushed Brass Butterfly” completed this simple, but cute card!
