The beautiful “Thoughtful Journey” DSP contains spectacular “landscape scenery” images that make super cute cards! For my Christmas in July vendor event, I used a few of these patterns to make “Notecards and Envelopes” sets. This DSP coordinates with the “Thoughtful Wishes” bundle.

For this DSP print, I chose Misty Moonlight and Fresh Freesia along with Basic White for my color palette. Basically, I cut the DSP in half and trimmed it down to fit on the “Notecards and Envelopes” with two additional card stock layers. For one of the layers, I used the “Deckled Rectangles” Dies. The DSP layer was cut with the “Stitched Rectangle” Dies just to add some additional interest.

The “Thanks” greeting is from the “Thoughtful Wishes” stamp set. I used a retired die to cut the greeting and really liked how it helped give the cards an earthy feel. Honestly, these notecards were so simple to create as I let the DSP do all the heavy lifting! I will share my other set of “Notecards and Envelopes” that I created with this DSP in my next post.
