For this week’s post, I used the “Friendly Foliage Bundle” again. I am truly in love with this bundle and it is super easy to work with! My last post, HERE, used the inside die cut for the leaf spray. On today’s card, I used the die that cuts the outside of the stamped image and then added a layer of Old Olive card stock behind the die cut image.

On this card, I used Old Olive and Very Vanilla card stock. Basically, this card is just stepped up a bit from last week’s card sample. I added an embossed layer of Very Vanilla with the “Gathering Leaves” Embossing Folder. In my previous post, I suggested that this image might lend itself well to a sympathy card. The greeting is from a retired word set, but the words fit well on the smallest die shape from the “Everyday Arches” Dies. The greeting panel was placed on “Dimensionals” and I like that this die added just a bit more texture to my card.
Three (3) die cut leaf “sprigs” from the “Friendly Foliage” Dies were added for some additional detail. Then to complete this card, I added a double stranded “Old Olive Twine” bow with a “Mini Glue Dot”. Honestly, a pretty easy card with simple details.
