A very Happy New Year to everyone! I am finally back in my craft room creating projects and preparing for another upcoming local vendor market. Recently I ordered the “Friendly Foliage” Bundle found in the Online Exclusives. My sample card in this post was my first attempt working with this great bundle. My favorite part, the bundle is less than $40!
I absolutely love the simplicity of this card along with the color combo of Flirty Flamingo and Basic Beige. Just two simple layers with the center of the stamped image die cut out. This die set will also cut out the entire image including the leaves that extend beyond the rectangle box. The other nice thing about this bundle is that it has some nice “greetings”. My favorite two greetings are “Thinking of You” and “Get Well Soon”. This bundle also has several nice “greenery” type dies. Not sure why, but I tend to gravitate towards “earthy” images along with “flowers”, LOL!
I did place the Basic Beige panel up on “Dimensionals” to give the “window image” some depth. To complete my card, I added a double “Linen Thread” bow with a “Mini Glue Dot”. I also think this image would lend itself well towards a sympathy card. Doesn’t get much easier than this card!
