Today, Stampin’ Up! announced they will be offering FREE Shipping, One Day Only, on June 21st for orders of $75 or more! This is a great savings especially when you also combine the 15% Savings on select DSP packs! As many of my customers know, Stampin’ Up! doesn’t offer 15% discounts on DSPANDFREE Shipping very often!
For me, as a demonstrator, I always have items on my “Wish List“, but I will definitely be taking a second look at the DSP Packson sale. I will also be taking inventory of my “consumable” supplies to see if I am needing to replenish any card stock, Envelopes, Dimensionals, Glue Dots, etc. Who knows, with FREE Shipping, I just might decide to purchase a NEW bundle from the Annual Catalog!
Why not take advantage of these great savings and place your order on Wednesday, June 21st. If you need any assistance getting an order placed, please reach out to me via phone, text, or email. I am always happy to help!
Here’s my third creation with this great “Inked & Tiled” Bundle. My recent creation focus is to embrace “SimpleStamping” for my cards. For this card, I was able to incorporate the “Inked & Tiled” DSP, which is currently on SALE at a 15% savings! This DSP is truly beautiful, has great colors and is super easy to work with!
I like that this card is striking but soft looking at the same time. This may be because of the somewhat “monochromatic” look. I chose Calypso Coral, Petal Pink and Basic White for my color combo. Honestly, the DSP usually dictates the colors!
I inked the “leaf” image with Calypso Coral and stamped off once, then stamped twice on Basic White without reinking. Then I die cut the image with the angled shaped die from “Nested Essentials”. This die also creates a “stitched” looked around the edges of the die cut. To create the Calypso Coral layer, I took the same die, turned it over on to the flat side and traced around the edges of the die shape. Cut out with scissors, erase any pencil marks and you have a slightly larger layer to add to the original die shape!
Next, I stamped the “Thank you” in Calypso Coral on white and punched out with the coordinating punch from the “Inked & Tiled Punch Pack”. A second shape was punched out in Calypso Coral, rotated and adhered to the first layer. The layered greeting was placed on “Dimensionals” and added to the card. To complete my card, I added a “White Baker’s Twine” Bow and one small “Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels”. Simple and easy card!
This is my second creation with the “Inked & Tiled” Bundle. The imagery in this stamp set has a very soft feel, so I was imaging a “light and airy” card. My previous card HERE, was more monochromatic. This card also uses the beautiful “Inked Botanicals” DSP which is currently on SALE at 15% off through the end of June.
I selected VeryVanilla, CalypsoCoral and PoolParty for my color combination. Basically, I let the DSP help me with choosing my color palette. The “direct to rubber” technique with markers was used to color on to the rubber image. After stamping, I chose one of the “Stitched Rectangles” Dies to cut out the shape. Afterwards, as I was assembling my card, I realized they were retired in May!
My approach with this card was to “keep it simple“, which I managed to do. I placed a panel of CalypsoCoral cardstock behind the “Stitched Rectangle” Die and then attached to the DSP layer. I stamped the “Just a NOTE” greeting from the “Inked & Tiled” Stamp set and then punched it out the the coordinating “Plus Sign” Punch. Then, I trimmed off two of the “legs” of the punched shape. A “Vanilla” Bow from the “Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack” was added behind the greeting and then attached to the card with “Mini Dimensionals”. To complete my card, I used three of the “Brushed Brass Butterflies” for a touch of “subtle” bling.
