I just received my Mini Catalog pre-order and had time to play with the NEW “Sophisticated Sled” Bundle. I love that this stamp set has great images and many of them have coordinating dies! The first image I chose to work with was the foliage spray and the awesome leaf swag die cut. I combined these two pieces for the focal point of my card.
First, I created a “frame” with a die from the “Everyday Details” Dies using a print from the “Season of Green & Gold” Specialty DSP. This fabulous die makes a border of small dots around the frame cut out, such a nice added detail! Two layers of the leaf swag were cut, one in Old Olive and the other in Mossy Meadow. Then I stamped the “foliage spray” image in “Memento Black” Ink and colored with “Stampin’ Blends”.
The greeting from the “Sophisticated Sled” stamp set was also stamped in “Memento Black” Ink. I added a “Cherry Cobbler & Gold” Ribbon Bow to the foliage spray with a “Mini Glue Dot“. This ribbon will be available in the upcoming Mini Catalog that begins on September 4th. I placed the “foliage spray” die on “Stampin’ Dimensionals”. Lastly, for one last bit of detail, I added “Wink of Stella” to the berries on the spray. Basically, a super simple card with the NEW “Sophisticated Sled Bundle”! This “bundle” is actually available NOW in the Stampin’ Up! on-line store under “On-Line Exclusives”.
