I have a few more cards to share using the “Phrases & Frames” Bundle and NEW “In Colors”. This card was created for my NEW Catalog Open House back in mid May. I absolutely love this color combination of Crisp Cantaloupe and Peaceful Pine, it is so beautiful! These awesome NEW “In Colors” are featured in the “Bloom Boutique” Designer Series Paper. HERE is a previous card using this great Designer Series Paper and the “Phrases & Frames” Bundle.
As I stated above, my color combo for this card is Crisp Cantaloupe, Peaceful Pine and Basic White. This card begins with simple layers and a strip of “Bloom Boutique” Designer Series Paper. Next, I used one of the die cut shapes from the “Phrases & Frames” Bundle. On this card, I did a basic single pass with the die so that the shape would not have too much detail. I ran the smaller scalloped oval shape through the “Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine” twice to give it extra “detail” or depth. For the second pass, I misted the card stock with water and used the NEW “Impressions Plate”.
My sentiment came from the “Scalloped Wishes” stamp set. I used a retired small oval punch so that I could layer the sentiment on to the Crisp Cantaloupe scalloped oval die cut. To complete my card added a Crisp Cantaloupe “3/8″ Border Ribbon” Bow with a “Mini Glue Dot”. The finishing touch was to add two of the NEW 2026-2028 “In Color Dots” in Crisp Cantaloupe. I absolutely love this color combination and the card itself was quick and rather simple.
